Q01. Where can I purchase Conair's products?
Conair’s products distributed in different chained electric appliances stores, including Fortress, HK Best, Jusco, Sogo, Gome, Citysuper, Citistore, Jumpin Gym and the New Yaohan in Macau. Some products may distribute in designated channel only, you can contact us at 2751.4604 or email to email_asia@conair.com for details.

Q02. What can I do if my Conair poduct was damaged?
Conair has a comprehensive warranty service. You can enjoy 1 or 2 years warranty service (starting from purchase date) from your distributor. You can refer to the user menu in the packaging for the warranty details of the product.
If the product was damaged when you unseal the product, return the product with full packing to the purchase channel immediately. If there is any technical problem within the warranty period, please bring the products with all the attachments, proof of warranty and original receipt to Conair customer service centre for inspection during the office hour.
Q03. What does the warranty service cover?
If the defection was caused by technical problem during the warranty period, Conair will repair or exchange the same product with you for free
This warranty doesn’t include any misuse, neglect or fall short of use of products, and damage by accident. It also excludes the loss of parts, damage caused by alteration or repair by unauthorized persons.
Q04. How the warranty would take into effect?
Mail the filled in warranty card, photocopy of the official purchase receipt to the customer service centre at your district within 4 weeks after your purchase.
At the meantime, keep the official purchase receipt and the filled in warranty proof (attached with the warranty card) properly to serve as proof for warranty service in the future. You are required to show the warranty proof and official receipt if your product needs any repairment.
Moreover, you can submit your warranty online. Conair will provide an online receipt once you finished your warranty registration, remember to print it out and keep it properly. You are required to show the online receipt and the official purchase receipt for repairement if you submit your warranty online.
Q05. What can I do if my product was damage due to fall off?
Our warranty service doesn’t cover any damage due to fall off; therefore, charge is required for possible repairment. You are suggest to contact Conair customer service centre at your district to enquire the repairment fee if this situation happens.
Q06. Will there be any replenishment if I’ve lost the attachments (e.g. bristle brush of garment steamer)?
Our warranty service doesn’t cover any loss of attachment, you are suggest to check the cost and availability of the attachment with Conair customer service centre by email at email_asia@conair.com or call at 2751.4604 in advance.
Q07. Can I enjoy the warranty service if I bought the Conair product outside HK?
You can only enjoy the warranty service at your purchase country. Please kindly contact the distributor at your district for warranty service in details.
Q08. How can I reach the Conair customer service centre in Hong Kong?
Conair customer service centre located at Rm3307-10, Standard Chartered Tower, Millennium City, 388 Kwun Tong Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It’s closed to Exit A of Ngau Tau Kok MTR station, and you can reach by MTR, or bus and minibus that pass through Ngau Tau Kok Road or Kwun Tong Road.
Q09. What is the office hour of Conair customer service centre in Hong Kong?
You are welcome to visit us at the following office hour:
Monday - Friday : 9:00am - 1:00pm , 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Saturday, Sunday and public holiday: Closed
Office hour may vary during special occasions or festival (e.g. X’mas, Chinese Lunar New Year), you are recommended to inquire the office hour at 2751.4604 under the above situation

Q11. How long it takes to get the repaired product back?
It depends on the damage level of the product; Normal speaking, the repair takes about 10 working days, and our customer service officer will contact you once the repair is finished.
Q12. Can I still enjoy the warranty service if I have lost the warranty proof?
You can still enjoy the warranty service if you have kept the original purchase receipt to prove the date of purchase.
Q13. What should I bring to Conair customer service centre if I require repair service?
You need to bring the product that requires repair service, together with the original purchase receipt and the warranty proof to show that the product is purchased from authorized retailers and is under warranty.
