Clipper
My clipper is not powerful enough and is unable to cut the required length accurately?
Check if the blade, especially after cleaning, is arranged properly. You are suggest to gently place 2 or 3 drops of lubricate oil on the teeth of the blades regularly to keep the blades functions properly.
If you are using rechargeable clipper, please charge 16 hours continuously before use (need to charge 24 hours continuously before first time using). Clipper can be used for 30-40 minutes after charge (depends on clipper model). After initial charge, to prolong the life of the battery, you should completely discharge the battery at least once a month by running it until it stops.
Garment Steamer:
What can I do if there is no steam or the steam performance is poor?
You can do the checkings with your garment steamer as follows:
- Check to see if the hose is hookup properly.
- Make sure the collapsible pole has already extended to its full length and the hose is not bent.
- Examine if the water has reached its lowest level
- Swing the handle lightly to drop the water condensed near the nozzle
- Straighten the hose to ensure the steam can eject properly during use
- Avoid calcification by draining the remaining water out of the tank and the cavity periodically
Why the nozzle gurgles when I use the garment steamer?
During operation, the steamer hose may gurgle. This is a normal result of condensation collecting inside the hose. Simply lift the "T" handle upward until the hose is extended to its full height. The gurgling will stop when the excess moisture inside the hose has had a chance to drain back into the base.
Scale:
Why the measurement will be different, and how can I lessen the variations?
As result may vary between scales, it is best to measure yourself in the morning(without having drunk or eaten) by using only the Conair electronic scale.
- Body weight fluctuates during the day, and from day to day, depending on a variety of factors.
- Salt and carbohydrate intake can affect the body’s water retention.
- A large meal adds weight and can cause water retention.
- Dehydration from exercise, illness, or low fluid intake can result in weight loss.
- Muscle is also a factor. Heavy-duty resistance training can build muscle, which can affect weight.
- The menstrual cycle can cause temporary weight gains and losses.
Suggest monitoring the measurement result periodically
Make sure to step on the same position for a few seconds for every use. Stand still to ensure the accuracy of the measurement.
